World Ambassadors
World Ambassadors are volunteer representatives and unofficial spokespersons for pickleball. Their mission is to promote and grow the sport of pickleball where ever they live or travel. We are pleased to present the following World Ambassadors who have been assigned to the Philippines and work with the Philippine Pickleball Federation to conduct seminars and clinics and assist with local, regional and national tournaments.

I'm now a pickleball-aholic... I was a golf addict before I found this crazy game. It all started in the winter of 2020 in Nashville, when I couldn't play golf. I started watching people in the gym and decided to give it a go. The rest is history.
I love the competition, challenges, camaraderie and overall growth of the sport globally. I saw my first Philippine tournament in Asingan, Pangasinan. The passion of the people, was truly remarkable. Today I look forward to supporting the sport any way I can! |

I fell in love with pickleball and began promoting it in 2019. I have been introducing it and organizing lessons and plays ever since. I started the Makati Pickleball Club and have been working to help players develop through offering clinics, providing equipment, and supporting them in tournaments.
My goal is to promote the sport in the Philippines and provide as much resources as I can to help players achieve their goals whether it is to compete locally or internationally, or to simply enjoy the game recreationally with friends. |

I was introduced to pickleball in 2019 by a fellow tennis player. After some a brief rallies, we tried singles which I really enjoyed. After a few months I joined my first tournament and won gold! Since then, I cannot stop playing competitive pickleball.
What a great way to share my passion for the game, as a World Ambassador. I love enthusing my old tennis-buddies and helping them discover how fun this sport really is! It sure made my retirement more fun and helped me stay more physically active! |
