Calendar Guidelines
The Pickleball Calendar is provided to help member clubs reduce scheduling conflicts, improve inter club coordination and better promote events. Unlike social media, calendar events are better organized and easier to find for those looking to join tournaments and participate in the Philippine pickleball community.
Event Relevance:
• Only pickleball-related events are allowed.
• Non-pickleball events or activities will not be approved.
No Commercial Promotions:
• Do not use the calendar to sell equipment or promote services.
• Events should focus on tournaments, matches, training sessions and club meetings.
Event Details:
• Provide complete details including a photo or graphic and event description.
• Events that include a logo or photo, receive 10x the exposure,, so attach something!
• Ensure all details are accurate to avoid confusion.
Approval Process:
• All events will be reviewed by our administrative staff prior to publishing.
• Please allow up to 48 hours for your event to be reviewed. (most will be approved same day)
Respectful Use:
• Be respectful and considerate when posting events.
• Avoid scheduling events that conflict with major tournaments or other significant events.
How to Submit an Event:
1. Select CALENDAR from the menu.
2. Click SUBMIT EVENT and fill out the required fields.
3. Click CHECK AND SUBMIT.
You will receive an email confirmation when your post has been reviewed.
