Skill Level Determination
1. Players may only register in the event types and skill divisions (Advanced or Open) in which they won a medal in a 2024 PPF Circuit Leg Tournament.
2. If a player or team won medals in both Advanced and Open divisions for the same event type (e.g., MD, WD, MXD, MS, WS), they must register in the higher category (Open) only.
3. Players may not play down to a lower skill level than their qualifying event.
4. Players may only register in one skill level per event type.
5. In doubles events, the higher qualifying category between the two partners will determine the team’s skill level registration.
Example: Player A qualified in Open and Player B in Advanced → team must play in Open.

Age Group Eligibility
6. To be eligible for 55+ events, a player must turn 55 years old on or before December 31, 2024.
7. Senior players must provide valid ID for age verification upon request.
8. Players may play in younger age groups, but may not enter an age group older than their eligibility.
Example: A 57-year-old may play in 55+, 35+, or 19+; a 30-year-old cannot play in 35+ or 55+.
9. In doubles, the team must enter the age group of the younger partner.
Example: Partner A is 56, Partner B is 34 → team must enter 35+ or 19+.

Schedule Responsibility
Players participating in multiple events are responsible for checking for potential schedule conflicts.
While efforts will be made to reduce overlap, the schedule may not always accommodate all preferences or rest periods.

Doubles Partner Selection Guidelines (For Qualified Players – 2025 Championship)
This tournament is for pre-qualified players only, based on results from the 2024 PPF Circuit Leg Tournaments and 2024 PPF Nova Invitational. Doubles partners must follow these eligibility rules:

Primary Rule:
Doubles pairs must consist of players who both qualified by winning a medal in the same event category.
Example: If two players won medals in 2024 in 35+ MXD Advanced, they may play together in that event.

Exceptions – When Original Partners Cannot Play Together:
If a qualified winning pair cannot partner for valid reasons (e.g., injury, unavailability, change of plans), the qualified player may choose one of the following options:

Option A: Partner with Another Qualified Winner
• The new partner must have also won a medal in any Circuit Leg or 2024 Invitational.
• The partner can be from the same or a lower skill category.
• The team must compete in the higher of the two categories (i.e., no playing down).
Example: If Player A won in Open and Player B won in Advanced, they must register in Open.

Option B: Nominate a Replacement Partner Who Did Not Win
If no qualified medal-winning partner is available, the player may nominate a replacement who meets all of the following:
1. Participated in any 2024 Circuit Leg Tournament or the 2024 Invitational.
2. Did not win a medal.
3. Played in the same or lower category as the event being registered.
4. Satisfies age group eligibility for the event (e.g., must be 55 years old on or before Dec 31, 2024 to play in 55+).
5. The nomination is subject to Tournament Director approval.
Example: Player A (qualified in 35+ WD Open) may nominate Player B who played in 35+ WD Open or 35+ WD Advanced during the 2024 circuit but did not win.

Important Notes:
• The original qualified player must remain in their qualified category.
• All changes or partner nominations must be submitted for review and approval through the Tournament Registration Form.
• Teams that do not meet eligibility may be disqualified from the event.
